I recently did a presentation on "Blogging Like A Rock Star" for the Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast office. At the request of several attendees, I have posted a PDF of my slides at:

The presentation is a basic overview of blogging, where to set up a blog, why you need a blog, and why you need to syndicate your blog.
Blogging is just one of the many "needles" that will allow your next client to locate you, and allows you to create that "warm and fuzzy" feeling that people need to choose you as their agent. Blogging, and all technology, is not going to replace the human factor in sales. People buy from people they trust. But, technology can help future clients find and get a feel for your knowledge and professionalism.
